Dolphins 21 Lions 10
Cowboys 38 Buccaneers 10
Chiefs 19 Broncos 10

Do you know ANY American that doesn’t, at least, have the games on in the background during Thanksgiving? I do; the sister of my sister-in-laws fiance. From now on, If I’m not related or married to somebody, I’m not spending a holiday at their house. I knew I was gonna miss most of the night game traveling, but at least have the early games ON. I don’t even need the sound.

Jets 26 Texans 11

I think we covered this pretty thoroughly in the Official Texans vs Jets thread in Post Patterns.

Saints 31 Falcons 13

Reggie Bush is, yet again, a non-factor…and the Saints win. I’m just sayin’…

Redskins 17 Panthers 13

I don’t have any proof, but I’d bet the house that deep inside Joe Gibbs is just FURIOUS that the Redskins won with Campbell at the helm. He’s treated the poor kid like complete garbage for nearly two seasons and has all but publicly ROOTED for him to fail. Everybody on the DelMarVa peninsula wants Campbell to start…except Gibbs.

Minnesota 31 Cardinals 26

Again, Matt Leinart gave up millions…for this. College wasn’t THAT good a time.

Bengals 30 Browns 0

And I would not be at all confident that the Texans could beat Cleveland right now. That might turn out to be the worst game in NFL history.

Chargers 21 Oakland 14

And I would not be at all confident that the Texans could beat Oakland right now. That might turn out to be the worst game in NFL history.

Bills 27 Jaguars 24

At least the Bills had the decency to stick it to the Shame of Florida after taking all the wind out of our sails last week. I don’t think Dull Rio’s dog can take much more.

Ravens 27 Steelers 0

Watching the Ravens, you really don’t get the sense that there’s anything special about them. Then, the next thing you know, the game’s over, they’ve won and their record is 9 and 2. I can’t wait for the playoffs to see if they’ll be exposed or if they’re for real.

Vince Young 24 Giants 21

I’ve always said it’s nothing personal against Vince so, I’ll give credit where credit is due; that was just an amazing fourth quarter performance. I facetiously started using “Vince Young” in the score line a couple of weeks ago, but it’s certainly appropriate today, he put them on his back. And I’ll be damned if I give Adam Jones any credit.

Patriots 17 Bears 13

Wins like this (and the way they win) is nearly as much a testament to the Patriot “system” as the Super Bowl wins. With all the personnel losses over the past few years, they should be rebuilding, not gearing up for another playoff run.

Rams 20 49ers 17

Rather than try and come up with comments on this game, I bit the bullet and stayed up to watch the Sunday nighter.

Colts 45 Eagles 21

Looks like the Colts whole “Just Goof Off Until the Game Is On the Line” plan has been scrapped after the loss to the (shudder)…Cryboys. Indy jumped out to the early lead and never let up. Gosh, I can’t wait til December 21st!
