Super Sunday finally arrives at Reliant Stadium. Security is tight but friendly for the big game. Break out the paint for some last minute touch-ups to the $500k grass. Aerosmith’s pre-game show gets hot and bothersome. Pats QB Tom Brady enters the field of play. Beyonce sings the National Anthem following a Space Shuttle tribute. Pats K Adam Vinatieri gets set to kick this thing off. Panthers QB Jake Delhomme goes under center for the game’s first play from scrimmage. The battle of the trenches wears on as a scoreless tie continues late in the first half. Janet Jackson headlines a fast-paced halftime extravaganza before a revealing finish. The NFL realizes Janet left one of her “headlights” on, so they try to contact her. A streaker posing as a referee is tackled by a rather long (and carefully placed) arm of the law. Pats K Adam Vinatieri kicks home the game winning field goal. Pats win, 32-29.
